These records are from a DJ and Jazz critic for Downbeat from the 50's thru the 80's. I was fortunate to buy his best copies for my customers.
UP NEXT: One of a kind as there are no listings on this that I could find anywhere Here is the breakdown Side 1 is The Hideo Shiraki Quintet w Sleepy Matsumoto Tenor and Yuzuru Sera on piano. All bebop classics see scanned letter for songs. 'funky boom'
Side 2 starts out w George Kawaguchi and his Big Four Plus one w Miles 'Elevator' and Walkin and ends w Jiro Inagaki Quintet performing Work Song and Benny Golson's 'Five spot after dark' Both sessions from 1962.
Japanese original 63 Victor Living Stereo in stunning NM condition. Still has original Obi and custom Victor innersleeve and the coolest part of this package is it's original rice paper letter I was told that came from producer Jiro Kubota to said DJ above w personel, year and notes translated. (see scan)..
Historical document of 60's Japanese Modern in NM. You will never find another guaranteed. I have a modest reserve, if it does not sell it goes in my collection!

LP is M- jacket is VG+ Brilliant laminate w no peel. The only flaw is the foxing on the inside this is minor compared to what this lp represents.
