Original pressing from 1958 with RVG machine stamped in the deadwax.
This young teenage group were all brothers. originally from Florida, then moved to Newark New Jersey. Their father also played piano for them.
Robert Lee Hightower, known as "Sugar" was 11 years old when this record was made, and was the lead singer. Other members and brothers were:
Willie James Hightower - second tenor William Martin Hightower - bass singer Johnny Hightower - tenor Reco Hightower - tenor and guitar player
They were the "Castelles" of gospel quartets.
Two great sides, with perfect blend of gospel, doowop and soul harmony in one!
This record is in beautiful Mint/Mint Minus condition.
