Description:
A superb vintage His Master’s Voice (HMV) album set featuring Beethoven’s Violin Concerto in D Major, Op.61, performed by the legendary violinist Fritz Kreisler, accompanied by the London Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Sir John Barbirolli.
Presented in its original HMV hardback album with classic gilt lettering and the iconic “His Master’s Voice” logo to the cover. The set includes the original printed HMV programme booklet, adding to its collectability.
A highly desirable recording by one of the greatest violinists of the 20th century, sought after by collectors of early classical recordings and HMV album sets.
