Hole - Live Through This vinyl LP - City Slang 1994 original issue.
Extremely hard to find now and does not come up on ebay very often. These can reach £100 and over.
Grading details:
The labels: Graded EX. No marks no writing, some minor centre hole spindling.
Matrix numbers: Side 1: EFA04835-A Side 2: EFA0485-B
The Sleeve: Graded as VG+. Some natural storage wear, but no tears or rips, and no biro defacing.
The lyric inner: Palin white bag VG

About me: I have been collecting and working with records for over 30 years and spent almost all of the 80’s working in a vinyl record shop, so when I grade records I will often be conservative and under grade, which means nothing that is secondhand is ever graded Mint, even if it looks unplayed.
If a record is graded with "some pop and crackle" then this means only that, and it will be stated if this constant or very sporadic. It should be noted that even BRAND NEW pressings will also often contain such issues, point in case my re-issue pressing of the Stone Roses first lp, which has worse playback crackle in certain quiet parts than most 40 year old lps. Even Pink Floyd's new 2014 LP suffers the same problem in places. The point I am making is that you must expect some minor pop and crackle on vinyl, and this is taken into consideration in my grading details.
All records are from my own collection and are carefully play tested before listing on a Technics SL1600 turntable. I have 100% feedback on EBay and most of my records will be listed as VG or EX even if they are in better condition. I don't list anything lower unless it is very rare, i.e Hendrix first presses ect, which are almost impossible to find in true EX gradings.
Records are graded according to the official Record Collector grading guide below.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
