Recorded Music Circle CM 50 - 1964 - UK - 12" vinyl LP - rare mono
This, and its stereo partner, SCM 50, is the first release of these recordings - probably to club members only.
The HMV/EMI release - HQS 1260; dark cover, picture of the earth from space - may be the first public release, but is much later - 1974?
If 1974 is the correct date for the re-release, it's quite likely that only the stereo mix was issued.

Disc - 'Excellent plus'
Disc looks superb - glossy new-looking vinyl with very few fine scuffs & hairlines only.
The labels are clean & bright; spindle-marking shows it may have only been played a few times - see photos.
I have neither cleaned nor played this disc - it will need a light clean.
Sleeve - 'Excellent minus'
The outside-laminated gatefold sleeve is OK; bumped corners; fuzzy open edges; some small creases.
Spine is slightly rubbed in places, with small laminate splits, but still legible - see photos.
The inside is clean; the single-leaf insert is still attached; all text legible - see photos.
The original? poly-lined paper inner is good but creased.
Will package with new poly-lined paper inner.

Condition Guide
"MINT - M: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT - Ex: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD - VG: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD - G: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
