Record: Good. The vinyl is cloudy with a general lack of luster. There are multiple scuffs, a few small scratches, and smudges that create some moderate-heavy surface noise  on both sides of the record. The labels are clean, with some very light discoloration.

Cover:  Good. The cover has some heavy discoloration and staining on both sides. There is wear to the edges with some heavier wear to the opening edge, but there are no splits along the edges. The corners have heavy wear. There is a name and address in blue ink and pencilmarks on the back of the record.

"47 West 63rd NYC". on the B side ONLY of the label.  Deep Grooves are on both sides of the label.  "RVG", and an earmark are in the dead wax.
