LABEL DESCRIPTION:   Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-4 WEST 63rd-NYC address, RVG stamp and "ear" etched in the dead wax, "R" on the bottom.Deep groove and same address on both sides.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M-   Excellent cover with nice seams and corners. Has a bit of fading around the edges, otherwise just beautiful.
