with A Japanese Linernotes Booklet incl. His Blue Note Album Discography.

This Is Promo Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "19 May" are Printed on Both Labels, A Small "Sample (by Japanese Language)" Sticker Is on Front Sleeve.

8 Tracks, Stereo.

Disc is Near MINT, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus (No Bottom Split), The Back Part of OBI Strip Has Fold Damages Like The Photo 3.
