Horace Silver / Song for My Father Blue Note, BST 84185, A Division of United Artists I rate this record as VG+, however it does have a few scattered scrapes across an area approximately 1/2" X 3" that cause some distracting audible sounds for about 3 1/2 minutes of the first track the remaining portion plays very good. The other tracks on side one play VG+. On side two you can hear a 'light' crackle through the first 10 revolutions of play, the remaining portion of side two is rated VG+. This is an excellent pressing of this record with impressive and clear fidelity that conveys a great sense of presence. The cover condition is VG+/VG- with a small amount of wear on a couple corners and staining on a portion of the back.
