Description

Mega Rare LP of Horace Silver - Song for My Father (Blue Note 84185 - stereo)  Original blue and white labels with New York USA address, Van Gelder and ear on both sides - NOT a current re-issue!  Silver's classic LP also features Joe Henderson, Carmell Jones and others in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without. 


The LP is in VG+ condition with plenty of marks that will make noise and with much if not most of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but not trashed either - still, you may hear noise.  The cover is in VG/VG+ condition with general age/shelf wear and extensive writing on the back liner - see the photo.  NO splits, NO tape, NO stickers, NO stamps.  Not perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore?

The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).

Mailing costs have gone up.  Postal rates have increased dramatically, the cost of record mailers has increased and e-bay now charges a fee for mailing - in addition to Paypal’s fees on mailing payments.   I have done what I can to keep mailing costs down, but I have no control over these increases.

International mailing costs:   International overseas mailing to Europe for one LP would be $29.00.  One LP to Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia would be $32.00.  This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on mailing, Paypal fees on mailing as well as mailers and packing materials.   One LP to Canada would be $25.00

US mailing costs:  Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address.  This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on mailing, Paypal fees on mailing as well as the cost of mailers and packing materials.
