Horace Silver on Blue Note 84110

This is the original deep-groove (Side 1) Van Gelder-stamped stereo “P”-pressing of Horace Silver “The Tokyo Blues” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BST 84110.  The playing surface is MINT, with a high luster; perhaps played once.  The laminated New York 23 cover is immaculate throughout; slight 1” discoloration at the top left edge of the back slick; superficial crease at the lower right corner of the front.  Blue Note inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Blue Mitchell, Junior Cook, and Gene Taylor
