Description
BRAND NEW, STILL SEALED
The box itself is built to look like a miniature version of the vintage Jamaican dancehall speaker it's named after — a wooden cabinet shape rather than a standard flat record box, with woven grille-cloth-style paneling on the front to mimic an actual sound-system speaker box.
Inside, the 15 seven-inch singles are housed with reproduction labels matching the original 1960s/70s Studio One pressings — so each disc looks like a period-accurate 45, not a modern reissue label. It comes with a companion booklet (with liner notes on the label's history), a fold-out poster, a 45 rpm spindle adapter for turntables, and a keychain as a novelty extra.
It was a Record Store Day 2017 exclusive limited to 700 units, which is part of why it's become a sought-after collector's item.
