Included here is a photo signed by Howard. (Photo is a real dark room photo from the 1980's.) Photo has no authentication with it, except the seller's word for it. The seller's name is Rex.
Record cover is very good-. It has mild yellowing around edges on front and back. Mild edge wear. The vinyl is very good+. No scuffing or scratches. Not warped. The poster inside is here. Its folds are fresh. No holes. No tears. Only opened and then closed, not displayed. See photos for size. The signed photo has some wear. One mild crease but no tears. Some staining on back.
