About This Record: This is an original copy of one of the world's best blues records that inspired yesterday's and today's rock n' rollers. This is Howlin' Wolf's first LP in its original form, Moanin' in the Moonlight Chess LP 1434 from 1958 on the original black label. All my records are guaranteed to ensure your satisfaction. See my feedback; my only negative feedback is due to retaliation by a seller because of negative feedback I left for that seller. Note that I do not use the EX grade so my VG+ = EX.

The Vinyl: The vinyl looks VG and plays VG to VG+. A nice copy. No major scracthes, just light marks; No skips, jumps or other nasty problems, but a few pops here and there. Like most copies of this record, there is some background noise on the first song on each side. The vinyl plays great and weighs an amazing 178 grams!

The Cover: The cover is a VG-. No writing on front or back cover. BUT the top seam and bottom seam are both split, spine is strong but beginning to flake. The few copies I have seen of this also had split seams. The Spine print is still legible.
