Mijn zusje, ze heeft chronisch Lyme en is in Nederland uitbehandeld. Ze moet daarom uitwijken naar Duitsland en de verzekering betaalt dat niet.

My sister, she has chronic Lyme and there is no treatment available in the Netherlands. This means she has to go to Germany for treatment, but since that's another country.. insurance does not cover that.
