Vinyl - Under bright light displays just a few very fine, light surface marks/paper scuffs, all superficial. Played both sides, all through, & realistically there's zero crackle/background noise, inaudible even in quiet bits/run in/run out. Sounds great! 
Cover - Generic card "Phonogram Disco" Company die-cut sleeve, very visible patches of edge wear all round, visible corner wear, some wrinkles & creases as well. All in 1 piece, not too bad condition really.
