Condition: I use Goldmine grading for all LP's

So this is not in great condition.  Most of the record is listenable, but some is not.  There is some popping and surface noise present at most points in the record.  I have listened to it a few times, and with a High Filter (or high cut) or just a proper EQ, the record is listenable.  It has a few pock marks and stains.  It is a typical poor quality Jamician Pressing.  
The sleeve is in pretty solid shape, although it is starting to split along the left spine.  I believe i have documented this fairly, and it is important to note that this sale is AS IS.  Own a very rare and historic reggae record on the cheap.  This record in VG+ goes for close to $100!
All Records are cleaned with the VPI 16.5 before grading and/or shipping.
