Description
What a find! Described as bossa funk scat, this 1980 self-titled album by Hugo Smooth doesn't pop up on the market very often. It was released on Big Time Records (HS 009125), and includes an inner lyric sheet and order form with a printed review!
Vinyl is in Excellent condition. Very faint surface marks that do not affect playback. Cardboard sleeve is still in shrink and has light wear to the exposed side, as well as some creasing along the edges. Inserts are crisp and like new.
Hugo Smooth is a four piece comprised of Joan E. Hall (voice), Ron Brinson (multiple percussion), Wayne Hall (bass guitar, woodwinds, ocarina & additional voice), and Brian E. Paulson (keyboards - acoustic, electric & synthesizers).
