Description
Hi! You are bidding on a very cool and very rare 7” from Hüsker Dü entitled “Celebrated Summer” backed with “New Day Rising” from their debut album “New Day Rising.” There are many pictures on this one. The condition of the vinyl is VG+ and the sleeve is hand stamped and has a little crinkling over the years and perhaps some Gen X person in the 80s or early 90s spilled a little coffee on it before it got to me. I didn’t do it. So VG. The vinyl itself looks black to the naked eye, but held to the light, one will notice it is a translucent brown. I do not thinks discogs makes note of this, however a commenter does. It does not contain the insert nor the sticker. I got it like that also.
You know when you have something that’s so cool that your buddy Lucas comes over and eye ogles it all the time? Then he does it so often and mutters weird things under his breath that you become alarmed and you call the police but they inform you that they cannot arrest Lucas on the notion that he *may* steal your super cool 7 inch? Well, that’s where I’m at. Thus, I would prefer not to get rid of this but I’m pretty sure that’s where my promo Judy Sill 45s went. So, I’ve started the price at the recommended eBay auction point; which I think is way more fair.
