Picture IS of the LP you are bidding on.
Includes the original sleeve too.
Matrix numbers are: UAL 3366A-1J and UAL 3366B-1BB. "I Cry Instead" is on both vinyl and back cover.
ALSO OF NOTE: on the back cover the song publishing credits state "all songs published by maclen music inc and unart music corp. bmi except "THIS BOY" and "I CRY INSTEAD"...". Other early releases of this record don't include "I Cry Instead" in this sentence.
So many sellers just give a great grade for the cover without really describing it (even when you can see things in their picture!), letting the buyer discover all the nicks, splits, etc. I describe each cover so you know what you are getting, even though I may lose some sales because I admit BEFORE YOU BUY that the cover isn't perfect.
Cover has LIGHT edgewear and ringwear. No writing. No seamsplits. Has some corner wear. No cutout marks.
I don't know about you but when I look at a seller's record description my eyes glaze over when they use a bunch of letters/abbreviations. I try to describe my records in plain English. Here you go:
Vinyl is VG++. (the record could use a cleaning, but since I no longer have the equipment I will leave that to the winning bidder).
All vinyl sight graded, using a simple format:
M is mint, new, unplayed. very few used records should ever earn this grade from any seller.
M- is not new, but looks very clean and shiny; with just very minor marks at worst.
VG++ is just above vg+, but not quite M-.
VG+ is a record that has some LIGHT scuffs/smudges that may or may not be heard when the record is played. Record still has a nice sheen.
VG is a record that has lost some of it's shine and has obvious scuffs and scratches; I won't be listing any records in this condition unless they are highly collectible or the cover is in really good shape and I think a buyer might want to purchase the record for the cover.
