Description

  Flip Flop was actually a Norfolk Soul/Funk artist named Willie Stevens, who put on wild shows in the Tidewater area in the late 1960s. He recorded 3 singles in his career--this is the last one, recorded on the Baltimore DYNAMITE label--the B-Side is LET'S ROCK. Like the other two, this one's also rarely offered for sale.
