Astonishing, beatiful and very RARE Italian Library gem from the Sermi Records vaults - an absolute dope record barely seen during the years - arranged, played and composed by legendary studio band I MARC 4 and featuring some of the best Italian Jazz vibes & hottest grooves. Deep sounds inspired by young Italian hippie / beatnick counterculture and Beat Generation era, reflecting stunning Underground moods expressed in Jazz and Beat. Solid studio orchestra who continued the work started with the first volume (I MARC 4 - I SOLISTI DI A.TROVAJOLI vol.1, recorded 1 year earlier) with the addiction of Jacques Pelzer and Livio Cerveglieri on flutes / sax and the trumpet of Alberto Corvini (Rai orchestra). Outstanding, fantastic early I Marc 4 session recorded before the Nelson Records series, for sure one of their best and deepest productions and never comped. Totally killer Underground Jazz with Beat and Funk contaminations / Psychedelic moods with Wah Wah effects / exquisite Jazz Pop arrangements and top of the top gold vintage grooves / mindmelting Bossa Nova samples / Downtempo and Uptempo Jazz beats with serious drums patterns / Jazz Rock Fusion and shaky rhythms / killer Hammond and overwhelming scores. ALERT, this record is pure dopeness!

Our clip starts with the insane Psychedelic groove of "BUSINESS" with its obsessive riffs, sharp and shooting vibes and acid guitar motif. "CHARLIES" is an unbelievable Underground jam with deep bassline and heavy downtempo beat, hypnotic drugs/dope effects recalling the late '70s hippie vibes. Killing Updtempo Jazz grooves on "PROTESTA" with aggressive drums driven beat and Soul Jazz / Modern influences. "LIVIO" is another absolute banger with its killer Jazz Beat and devastating drums, organ and sax solo. Elegant Jazz-Pop arrangements with Wah Wah effects on "JACQUES" with flute section. Mindmelting Bossa groove on "JOSEPHINE", simply one of the best Bossa Nova tracks I ever heard with outstanding vibes and noble flute and catching drums. Other enchanting Lounge Bossa vibes from "PARANA". More Underground Jazz Beat & sleaze rudimental Wah Wah guitar on "FLASH" with a dope Hammond section, the suggestive Blues of "ASTRO" and the panoramic Easy Listening laid-back vibes of "VACANZE". Record: nice clean sound with common surface noises, soft tics and pops, visual paper scuffs. Overall VG+ copy with lovely sound, check the clip. Cover: general but slight wear, quite clean back with light ringwear and safe borders, overall a solid VG++ shape.
