IL GIOCO DI PATRIZIA / BINGO ... 7-inch, 45rpm OST / SIGLA TV single by I TILT . Original Italian pressing on the POLYDOR label, (2060 105) from 1975. Super-obscure and practically unknown Italian single. A new discovery for us, at least :) Features the fabulously spaced-out IL GIOCO DI PATRIZIA theme. Stoned and trippy balearic sounds with a cosmic prog cum Art of Noise / X Files / trashy pop / mellow disco sound. Layered production with banks of analogue synthesizers and moody rhythm hooks that gradually build in intensity. Anthemic male scat vocals (with sexy female overdubs) and downtempo hip hop / boom bap drums. Beautiful music for that 5am come-down moment and a must for those of you into the more mutant strains of Italian disco. Very rare 45!!!
Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG
Vinyl is in shiny, strong VG++ condition overall with some light hairlines. A couple of soft pop / ticks to 'IL Gioco...' side. The thin card picture sleeve is in strong VG++ condition with light wear. Some ring creasing from storage and a touch of corner wear. Archive number in pen, front top left corner and same side to back sleeve. The 'Bingo' title side is actually the front sleeve but both sides have the exact same artwork. Very rare 45!!!
