Record sleeve is in good condition, completely intact, showing fold marks, sticker residue upper left corner, edge wearing, @ 1/2" tear at cut-out hole in center on front, no seam splitting.
Record has visible signs of some light scratches and one blemish that is questionable.   I have no record player to test it.  Tried to do my best with photos so please check carefully.
