with IAN HUNT, PIQUE WITHERS, JOHN TURNER, PETER, KIPPS BROWN, KEITH WARMINGTONAnderson (who was not the same guy that fronted Jethro Tull) was a bottleneck and slide guitarist.
Indeed from 1970 he added the 'A' between his names to avoid confusion with the Jethro Tull frontman.
He'd been in a local R&B band at school, but from 1966 started playing folk and blues clubs around Bristol.
He also recorded an EP the following year with Al Jones and Elliot Jackson, Anderson, Jones, Jackson in 1968.
The same year he began touring nationally as part of the British blues boom
with artists like Mike Cooper and Jo-Ann Kelly
