This is a MEGA RARE ICED EARTH - Days Of Purgatory 2LP
This is a MEGA RARE VINYL with GATEFOLD COVER Released by CENTURY MEDIA at 1997 Includes the INNER with the Lyrics.
Songs from Iced Earth's first two albums with Matt Barlow on vocals. There are
also songs from the Enter the Realm demo and from their first trip into a studio
with reworked bass and drum parts. The tracks from Burnt Offerings are
remastered, except for "Dante's Inferno" which is completely remixed. "Burnt
Offerings" also has a different intro than the original version.
"Cast In Stone" is "Written On the Walls" from the self-titled album with new
lyrics written by Matt Barlow.
A single-disc version has also been released which omits "Life And Death,"
"Before the Vision," the Burnt Offerings songs.
Purgatory (the demonic woman on the album cover) is a character from Chaos
Comics, who worked out an advertising deal with Century Media.
