WOW WHAT A FIND !!! This is a RARE ORIGINAL UK - UNITED ARTISTS MUSIC / SUGARTOWN MUSIC - UNRELEASED DEMO ONLY, SINGLE SIDED ACETATE PRESSING for THE IDLE RACE with JEFF LYNNE from 1968, ORIGINAL UK UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE PRESSING IN AMAZING CONDITION !!!
WOW, this is a REAL FIND, a SINGLE SIDED 1968 UNRELEASED, NEVER BEFORE HEARD, DEMO ONLY PUBLISHING ACETATE from THE IDLE RACE !!! This Acetate has a track that was NEVER RELEASED and I could not find any mention of on the net !!! This was a SUGARTOWN MUSIC PUBLISHING ACETATE (which I have bought the library of). SUGARTOWN MUSIC were the publishers for THE IDLE RACE and JEFF LYNNE (both in THE IDLE RACE, THE MOVE and early ELO / ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA) and did NOT publish any other artists !!! It was also run by THE IDLE RACE’s manager Ray Williams, and SUGARTOWN MUSIC was signed and run by UNITED ARTISTS MUSIC which this ACETATE is on and which I bought the complete library from and you can see the library number 137 written on the label !!! It is JEFF LYNNE at his PSYCH best and deserves to be better known !!!

The ACETATE was pressed by SUGARTOWN MUSIC on a UNITED ARTISTS MUSIC ACETATE.
The condition of the ACETATE is in EX+ / EX++ condition (AMAZING CONDITION for this age acetate, light scuffs and marks only, plays great with only mild crackle as ACETATES tend to have) !!!
AFTER A FEW PROBLEMS ALL ITEMS OVER £20.00 WILL HAVE TO BE SENT REGISTERED / INSURED AT AN EXTRA COST OF £1.50 (UK), £5.20 (REST OF THE WORLD) NO EXCEPTIONS !!!

Just had an email from the publisher of this track that this is a JEFF LYNNE written track published by Sugartown Music in his early days with THE MOVE and this is ROY WOOD singing on the track !!!
