THE LEGENDARY LP !
In the late 70s I would hear from older Iggy and Bowie fans about this legendary LP (so hard to find back then) and (DID IT EVEN EXIST). In 1979 I got a copy and this is it. I have to say IT DID NOT LET ME DOWN !!!!!!!
This is an original copy from 1978 of the legendary concert by Iggy Pop with David Bowie on keyboards from Iggy`s 1977 tour.
A superb set list with and (back then ridiculously RARE COVER VERSION from IGGY (NOTORIOUS for not doing cover versions) a great version of Question Mark and the mysterians 96 tears !
I have heard hundreds of live versions of Gimme Danger over the last 48 years  but THIS VERSION RIGHT HERE takes some beating, BEST IV`E EVER HEARD, David Bowie`s production is ALL OVER IT !!!! (especially during the guitars). HOWEVER and notwithstanding IGGY was NEVER going to be outshone by BOWIE`S STAR !!! So Iggy`s FEROCITY moved into overdrive and The Ig showed who`s top dog ! Also on here you will find an INCREDIBLY rare LIVE 1977 rendition of Iggys`s MASTERPIECE CHINA GIRL.
FOR THE IGGY FAN. THIS IS A MUST !!!!!
There are a few hairlines to both sides but nothing that spoils the listeners enjoyment and no skips no sticking and no heavy background noise. Condition is Excellent Minus.
