RECORD CONDITION:   NEAR MINT to MINT-  (both sides play great, like new.  Labels are clean on both sides)

 

COVER CONDITION:   Strong VG+ / close to Excellent  (there are NO SEAM SPLITS / NO WRITING - there is some light wear at the 2 bottom corners, a small light crease mark at the top left corner, a couple of very light scuff marks on the frint, some light ring wear on both sides, 'DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE' stamped in gold lettering on the back in the top left corner)
