IGOR STRAVINSKY - LPs from the 1950s

18 LPs of works by Igor Stravinsky. Some of the jackets are a bit tired, most have been played often, but not lately. I cannot vouch for the current condition of the recordings, but have no doubt that they should be decent. Modern technology should be able to restore anything necessary, if you are so equipped. I apologize for the low quality of the picture; I couldn't hold the camera steady enough when getting the proper angle. Here is the list of compositions, some notes as to the conductor (often Stravinsky himself), other composer's works on the same LP, the manufacturer and its record number:

•   Le Noces, Mass, Pater Noster, Ave Maria. Vox # PL 8630.
•   Piano Sonata and Piano Rag Music, plus Bartok's Six Bulgarian Dances and Piano Sonata. Colosseum #CLPS 1025.
•   Mavra (an Opera Buffa). I believe this is rather rare. Dial # 12.
•   Songs: Three Songs, Two Songs on words by C. Balmont, Three Japanese Lyric-Poems, Three Stories for Children, The Cat's Lullabies, Four Russian Songs, and the Song of Parasha. Soulima Stravinsky, Igor's son, on the piano, Maria Kurenko the Soprano. Allegro Set # AL 64.
•   Violin Concerto in D Major, Duo Concertant and Jeu de Cartes. Vox # PL 9410.
•   Capriccio, Piano Rag Music, Serenade in A and Duo Concertant with the composer as pianist. Rare recordings from the 1930s on LP. Seraphim # 60183.
•   Dances Concertantes and Divertimento from The Fairy's Kiss, conducted by the composer. RCA # LM 1075
•   Symphony for Wind Instruments, plus Hindemith Symphony in B-flat and Schoenberg Theme and Variations, OP. 43A. Mercury # 50143.
•   Symphony in C Major and Symphony in Three Movements, conducted by Ernest Ansermet. London # STS 15490.
•   Apollo Musagetes and Renard, conducted by Ernest Ansermet. London # LL 1401.
•   Symphony of Psalms and Symphony in Three Movements, conducted by the composer. Columbia # ML 4129.
•   Le Rossignol conducted by the composer. Columbia # KS 6327.
•   The Fire Bird conducted by Ernest Ansermet. London # LL 1272.
•   The Fairy's Kiss, complete ballet, conducted by the composer. The Cleveland Orchestra. Columbia # ML 5102.
•   Symphony in C and Cantata, both conducted by the composer. Columbia # ML 4899.
•   Symphony Number One, Opus 1. Conducted by F. Charles Adler. Jacket is separated on all three sides.
