CONDITION:

VINYL VERY GOOD The heavyweight black vinyl is clean and bright with some light surface marks and signs of play. As always with these thick early 60s pressings the audio grades a little higher with VERY GOOD+ sound reproduction throughout with light crackle in some places - the vinyl has not been professionally cleaned so this will be improvable. The labels are clean with spindle lines on Side One and almost none on Side Two. The Blue Note inner sleeve is split along one edge and the record has been stored in an additional new polylined inner sleeve.

SLEEVE VERY GOOD The thick cardboard sleeve has a ring mark on the front cover that looks to have been made by something hot (see 6th photo above). Without this blemish (couldn't those beatniks be careful with their espressos?) the sleeve would have graded as a solid EXCELLENT - there is no seam splitting so common with these sleeves, and no edge wear, ring wear, creasing, folds, tears or handwriting. The pasted back cover has discoloured from its original white and there is a little wear to the opening edge on the front cover, but the spine remains complete with fully readable printing.

Prices include both the Royal Mail postage fee and 70p towards my packaging costs.

All records will be removed from their outer sleeves and then placed in a new polythene sleeve, before being carefully packed WITH TWO CARDBOARD STIFFENERS and posted in strong new Covers 33 mailers (although I do try to re-use good quality heavyweight packaging whenever practical). Please try to recycle the packing cardboard if possible - it might just help to offset the damage done when it was originally manufactured. Alternatively, throw it away and set fire to a couple of old tyres.

Certificates of Posting are obtained for all packets despatched, without exception.
