Original 1973 WEEKEND label MONO pressing, cat. WK 3006, Italy.
RARE Italian Library LP from the infamous Library series, now well-known and sought-after, published by Edizioni Musicali Delfino that pulled out under different micro-labels such Cardium, Nereide, Rhombus, Spring and others. All pressings were released around 200/300 copies each in the early '70s and feature stunning and trippy Score music released for documentaries on nature. IL MONDO DELLA NATURA is one of the best from this series with music signed by the great maestros Alessandro Alessandroni and Amedeo Tommasi under their monikers BRAEN & ATMO and several compositions by the killer Alessandroni's first wife - Giulia De Mutiis aka KEMA. Exquisite Electronic Lounge music with loads of nature inspired sounds and trippy Experimental themes. Quality early Minimal Score music with terrific Electronic arrangements and loungy atmospheres / analogue synthesizer effects and nature echoes / obsessive beats and recurring reverberations / dope futuristic themed music / Avant-garde Jazz and Experimental Bossa reminiscenses / refined descriptive themes and panoramic Electronic music. Top notch stuff for lovers of the genre and Library music junkies.

The sweet electronics of "GRANDE NATURA" theme perfectly describes futuristic situations with wide and descriptive sounds played by the synthesizer. "ALESSIA" is an insanely dope Lounge Electronic theme with Alessandroni's background scats, driven electronic beats and airy synthetic Bossa vibes. "FUNERALE DELLA NATURA" by Montedoro, the pseudonym used by Umberto Santucci (Living Music and tons of Library productions) is the deepest and obscure theme to describe 'nature's funeral' with esoteric distorted sounds. Obsessive Afro percussions on "TAMBURI AFRICANI", and ripetitive electronic loops from "FARFALLE" themes. "NATURA OGGI" features more killer Experimental sounds inspired by nature.
