••••• QUINTESSENTIAL TRUE UNDERGROUND PSYCHEDELIA = ONE OF THE MOST RARE PRESSINGS & HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER MUSIC. Killer trippy production and raw/edgy guitar work with killer male/female vocal interplay on standout tracks like "High Flying Bird" & "Hung Up Chick" and extended wild jams with experimental guitar & studio effects on the haunting/atmospheric/trippy "L.A.P.D" make this one a high status collectible in the underground psych scene. *HAS ALL THE SIGNIFIERS DETAILED BELOW INDICATING THE RAREST TRUE FIRST PRESSING SELDOM OFFERED FOR SALE.

- thick heavy rigid 178g vinyl weight
- BELL SOUND stamped on LW plating
- the dead wax shows etched "LW" & machine stamped"ABCS641A / ABCS 641B" & "BELL SOUND"
- original mix stereo pressing DOES have the repeated verse in "High Flying Bird" only found on the 1st pressing
- the label & cover DO have track A2/B3 INTERCHANGED (later pressings corrected)
- cover is thick heavy cardboard & pasted on slick
- back slick is the TRUE FIRST VERSION that has the graphics printed so dark the group members' images are obscured (corrected on later pressings)
- inner sleeve is color printed heavy paper stock
CONDITION:
VINYL = VG Sleeve scuff / rubbing / hair lines & play marks / light scratches visible under bright halogens. The labels are EX- with spindle wisp marks.
PLAY GRADE = STRONG VG+ WELL ABOVE VISUAL GRADE Light hiss/crackle between tracks & lightly in some quiet backgrounds to varying degree, random light pop or tick, MUSIC EASILY OVERPOWERS WITH HUGE BOLD DEEP BOOMING FIDELITY.
COVER = VG+ Mild storage or handling rub, some streaking/impressions, ring rub to top & bottom, hole punch, ink name on back top left, COLORFUL CLEAN BOLD VIVID. The edge seams have some dents or dings & chipping/rub through color but are SOLID NO SPLITS, SPINE LEGIBLE. Corners have some rounding/creasing. Inner sleeve is EX with very mild wear, very crisp & clean.
