I'M THE ONE - ANNETTE PEACOCK (1972 LP on RCA Records)

Words can't describe how wonderful this LP is, particularly the title track, which is out-of-this-world.  This is a phenomenal, ground-breaking, debut LP.  Issued on the very yellow RCA Victor label (Cat. no. SF 8255), this copy is in great condition: the vinyl and the label are in excellent condition with no major marks or blemishes.  The record is also nice and flat.

The cover is in excellent condition too.  The spine is completely intact with all the wording fully legible.
