I've pulled this out of my own personal Record collection (Memphis stuff) I've played it twice to insure grading. the only flaws is a Wax Bubble between tracks 1 and 2 on side A.It doesn't skip but you can hear some ticks /thumps and eventually fades out.If it wasn't for this I'd call it Near Mint (NM).
The Back cover was drawn by Ronnie Vandiver the record producer and his also was the Bass player for Nancy Apple.He signed the bottom right corner. Also Randy Wicker the Drummer for Image signed as well.The cover looks great no splits just a faint record ring on front top.
