Up for auction is an original 2nd press IN MY EYES “Nothing to Hide” LP on blue marbled vinyl!
The record is in m- condition (I never played it).
The sleeve is in vg+ condition (one ½” dint on the upper right corner, some finger marks on the sensitive gold print, signatures of band members in blue permanent marker).
The insert in vg+ condition (some slight bends on this sensitive black printed thin paper).
The sticker is in m- condition (promotional item, not included regularly).
The record has been stored in a clean smoke-free and pet-free home.
Only 330 of these were made by Revelation Records in 1999. They were sold by the band on their European tour in 2000. I was trading records with Anthony Pappalardo around that time. Unfortunately I couldn’t attend one of the shows in Germany to see him and the band, but my neighbour went. Anthony handed him a record as a present for me. The band signed it on the back with … blue … marker and he threw in a sticker.
I’m parting with the record as it never really fit into my collection and my parents are urging me for years now to reduce the storage room of my (immense) youthful memories in their (small) cellar. More than that, the record is just too beautiful to be stored away in a dark “archive”. It deserves more attention in a loving home.
