ORIGINAL UK issue of this LP from 1967. NOT a later reissue!
Southern funky soundtrack from the movie set in Mississippi. Quincy Jones assembled Ray Charles, backed by The Raylets and Billy Preston and Roland Kirk on flute: Bobby Scott – piano, Ray Brown – bass, Glen Campbell, vocals & banjo.
Recommended for jazz fans and soundtrack collectors alike.
