Not to be confused with Innercity.  I believe this is a acetate or test press acetate.  I'm not sure of the exact terminology they use for these or what they call them exactly. It's on heavy, thick metal sheet vinyl of some type. It's for the record plants. Hope that makes sense. It is extremely rare and I don't think it was ever released. It's a shame because there's 2 great tracks on it. I think the 2nd track is the hit. Sounds like it's definitely late 1990s. On Executive Recordings New York, New York. I sampled both tracks below!  It's one-sided with 2 holes for the record plant.  Please see photos.


Cover ~ original generic VG or better. Minor corner wear...No major damage or splits!  Vinyl ~ Strong VG. ... plays closer to VG+. But does have light scuffs & scratches. Definitely no deep feelers scratches! Plays very well.  Rare 12 inch here. I have no idea what to ask for it.  Let me know what it's worth to you. Best offers are welcome
