Incomparable teen girl garage pop from 1965 by Sylvia and Beate, two lovely young ladies with bangs from Frankfurt Germany who somehow got this freakishly creepy little garage pop single released in America under the group name The Interpreters. The twangy garage surf rocker "I Get The Message" was so cool, it was featured on the very FIRST volume of GIRLS IN THE GARAGE. But the REAL shocker here is "Stop That Man," not only for the irresistibly cute way Sylvia and Beate sing this bit of teen idol garage pop. But for the irresistibly cute way they sing about a friggin' STALKER fergodsake! And a stalker who's after underage German girls with bangs! "Every time I walk downtown, he follows me around," they chirp, "Hey everybody! Stop that man! He's making eyes at me!" Amazing!

The time has come to reduce my own record collection. The first records on offer are primarily Psych, Psychedelic, Prog, Progressive, Folk, Loner, Garage and Xian LPs from USA, Canada, OZ and NZ from mainly late 1960's to mid 1970’s. Most are collectable albums in collectable condition. All original first issues unless otherwise stated.

MINT (M)
The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The sleeve and any extra items are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT (EX)
The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG)
The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve has normal wear and tear without any major defects.
GOOD (G)
The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discoloration.
