Details. From my own personal collection. Rare original 1976 1st Greek pressing on the original EMI label, catalogue no. 2J 154 70256/257. Rare Greek Prog/Folk double LP in the original laminated gatefold and the original Columbia printed inner sleeves.
Vinyl Condition:- Visually EX to EX+. Gleaming vinyl with nothing more than sleeve storage wear. Both LPs look barley played. Sound quality is as a Near Mint record, both LPs. Vacuum record machine cleaned and test played.

Label Condition:- NEAR MINT. No wear or spindle marks at all.
Sleeve:- EX. On the front - Very mild impression from the record rim. No other issues to mention. On the back - Impression from record rim and some very light rubbing on the gloss of the laminate in parts. Small mild crease down by the bottom left-hand corner. The spine is crisp and fully readable and the inside of the gatefold is clean and unmarked. Remains of old record shop price sticker on top right front.

Grading Abbreviations
Grading below is as stated from UK Record Collector. I also use +/- for records that fall somewhere between a grade
Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing .
Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler Sleeve Condition:- VG+, No issues on the front except a little laminate lifting on the opening edge, the back is a little discoloured with age. Overall a decent sleeve
