Ultra Rare Iranian EP

Fantastic original 1960s Iranian pressing picture sleeve EP!

There were several companies in Iran which was specialized in  releasing "western pop". They used picture sleeves with splendid photographs and graphics resulting in very desirable picture sleeves collectibles today.

It was typical in Iran in the 60s and 70s to see EP records of "mixed" artists where the record companies treated the format rather like "hit parade"s. Very rarely an artist would have a complete EP of its own. This is one such example of a mixed EP with different artists.

This is a strange one which features BRIGITTE BARDOT on the cover but not her on the vinyl. There are two songs by Herve Vilard, one by The Sandpipers and one by The Four Tops. Bardot is only on the cover! As you know most Iranian pressing had a very fragile paper cover. finding Iranian cover in such a beautiful condition is extremely difficult ! Here you have an opportunity to add a great rarity in top condition to your collection.

Packaging

Records are wrapped in bubble-nylon and packed in a high-quality heavy cardboard package. Record is being taken out of the sleeve to avoid damages while shipping.

Grading

I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.)

My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly ever played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.
