Description

Extremely rare stereo copy of the Irma Thomas LP "Wish Someone Would Care" original 1964 Imperial LP12266 original first pressing.  This album contains the original version of "Time Is On My Side" which the Rolling Stones covered later in 1964.

I purchased this record in 1964 and it is from my personal collection.  It is not a reissue.

The jacket is in "NM" condition with no ringwear, edgewear, seam splits or cutout holes (see photos).

The vinyl is in "NM" condition; the record has been stored in the original Imperial paper sleeve since purchase.

Vinyl grading is based on the following criteria:

“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.

“M” Mint - a near perfect or unplayed  record.

“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.

“EX+” close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.

“EX” a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.

“VG+” There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.

Payment through Paypal only.  Payment must be received within 72 hours of the close of the auction.  Item will be shipped the next business day after payment is received.  Shipping charges as shown are for the continental USA only; international rates will be higher based on your actual geographic location.  Please email me with any questions you may have.
