Description
Up for auction is a super rare copy of the Iron Butterfly album Live, originally released in the U.S. on ATCO Records (SD 33-318) in 1970:
-Guaranteed original pressing, not reissue -Ultra rare white label promotional copy -1841 Broadway NY NY address on labels and cover -No UPC/bar code on cover -NOT record club pressing -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile inner sleeve
Condition: The cover looks nice, still very colorful and attractive. Has light generally rubbing wear, top and bottom middle, and long the seams. Has number 320 written upper left corner, and a piece of yellow tape upper spine (see photo). Spine shows wear, rubbing losses, but no seam splits. Still a nice, original intact example. Grade: Very Good (VG)
Vinyl is very nice, still has much of its original gloss. Shows a few light, superficial hairlines and small needle marks but nothing serious, nothing that should affect the quality of audio playback, which is generally clean and clear. Has radio station initials on labels, KARL in Minnesota. Looks like it's been played a few times, but handled with care. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)

I remove the records with inner sleeves from the covers prior to packing. I sandwich the record between two pieces of cardboard for padding and protection. I also reinforce the corners of the shipping box to protect the corners of the record jacket from damage.
