Description

Iron Maiden

From 1996 comes this ultra-rare 4 LP vinyl box set pressing of Iron Maiden's Best Of The Beast (EMI 53185).

The solid outer box is in Ex condition with light to moderate shelf wear on the corners but no tears, writing or stickers.

The four LP's (all housed in individual sleeves with inner sleeves of their own) are in near Mint condition (possibly unplayed).

Covers are in near Mint condition with no tears, writing or stickers.

The hardcover booklet that is included is near Mint as well.  Very nice copy.

Labels have no writing, tears or stickers.

PLEASE NOTE: The item is located in New Zealand and winner pays $36.00 airmail worldwide (less to NZ and Australia - carefully packaged using solid new cardboard). As you can understand the box weighs a ton! Paypal only and with no additional charges.  Records can be combined to save postage. Ebay won't allow non-US sellers to enter more than $4.00 in the postage box.

Grading scale used

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. I don't use this grade ever.

Excellent (Ex) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and  packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (Vg) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. I only list Good/Fair/Poor records if they are rare or especially sought after.
