IRON MAIDEN
The First Ten Years 1980-1990 Vinyl Box Set
In 1990, to celebrate Iron Maiden's first ten years, EMI released 10 limited edition double 12" EPs every week for 10 weeks. These releases captured together every Maiden single and B-Side released by the label up until that point. As an added bonus, each EP contained the hilarious history of Iron Maiden as told by drummer Nicko McBrain in the 10 part Listen With Nicko. Each EP also contained a special coupon to collect, once you had them all, these could be sent off in order to obtain a special box to put all of the EPs into. I collected all of these as they were released, saved the coupons and got the box.
The box does show signs of shelf wear, as they all do, but there are no splits (I have included a photo of the worst side). I would grade the box as Very Good, it is one of the better ones on the market.
The contents are in EX+ condition. The records have been played (maybe a maximum of 3-4 times, since I had most of the singles at the time anyway). The covers are almost as new, with no splits and only some slight rubbing at the corners.
