Postage Within the UK

Sorry but due to the Post Office's crazy policy of not refunding the cost of postage on lost items,items lost in the post will be refunded (refund from the Post Office takes around 1 month) but I cannot refund the postage unless you choose Special Delivery.If the price of this items goes over £30 you really need Special delivery to be fully insured against lost items....Please bear this in mind when paying.

please add £3.70 to your shipping costs if you require insured,signed for delivery...I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged overseas postage & will not refund lost in post unisured items

Depending on the time I receive payment for the goods I normally despatch the same or next day (not Bank Holidays or Thursday PM as my post office closes early, also some Saturdays are akward due to doing shift work but I will try)
