This privately pressed 12-inch 33 RPM LP is "Kokalenkee", a musical play by Gordon Harper and Herbert Korpell, directed by Eric Young and performed on March 25, 1960, at Irondequoit High School in Rochester, New York. The recording credit on the front cover reads: "Vince Jan Productions, 114 St. Paul Street, Rochester, New York. Fine Recording Co." The cast - presumably students at the school - are listed as Craig Beeney, David Curre, Roger Shindler, Louise Pulvino, Judy Provenzano, Randy Grotzinger, Henry Evans and Joan Burnham.
The record looks to be in mixed condition, still beautifully shiny, but with some visible surface scuffs and scratches. I've played both sides on my Audio-Technica turntable, and there were a couple of forward skips (no repeats) on Side One (but none that I detected on Side Two), as well as varying levels of audible background noise on both sides, including some pops and clicks and passages of persistent ticking.  Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment. 
The cover is in used and worn condition, with the side and bottom seams totally split, as well as some surface soiling and edge wear. The front and back labels look like they were pasted on manually, and there is an ink name inscription ("Jude Partridge") on the front. It comes with a tissue inner sleeve that is also splitting at the seams.
Speaking of scarcity, at the time of listing I couldn't find any other copies for sale or recently on either eBay or Discogs.
