Awesome Chicago double sider from 1967.

Rare italic script Despenza label logo.

 

The last copy to sell on eBay with this rarer label design I can find on popsike sold for $1069 on 21/3/2010 and was only slightly better in condition than this one on offer now.

 

Condition....

No writing tears or deletion holes punched in the record label.

Label's just have storage wear as can be seen in picture.

Vinyl has a number of small scuffs and hairline scratches from i presume being stored with out a sleeve. There is also a small circular depression in the vinyl on the 'Please Stay' side that appears was made when it was actually pressed. This cause's 8 or so clicks just after the intro (have a listen to the sound clip below) but after that plays pretty clear with minimum surface noise to distract.

The 'I'm In A Groove' side plays great with just some light surface noise in the quter parts.

As it is such a loud and clear recording this overpower's most surface noise on both sides.

This is a rare and always in-demand 45 and I've tried my best to describe it's full condition for any potential bidders.

As I've found over the years some immaculate looking vinyl can play noisy and some rough looking vinyl can play amazingly good. LISTEN to the MP3 and decide yourself.

My tone arm is set at 0.5 grammes in weight when recording. All recordings are unaltered MP3 recordings and recorded direct from the vinyl.
