Description

  • Rarely seen acid-folk from 1970, this early Ian A Anderson release on the highly collectable The Village Thing label delivers a laid back vibe that mixes whimsical folky songs with dextrous instrumentals. 

  • It has survived the intervening 50+ years extremely well and the tidy sleeve grades close to excellent – just a few minor signs of wear and a cataloguing label on the front cover that should remove without a problem. 

  • The often missing lyric insert is included and in excellent condition. 

  • The vinyl has some marks, scuffs and hairlines but plays through well with a little surface noise that rarely intrudes on the music. 

  • The labels are in excellent shape with no writing, damage or major wear, and it comes housed in its original poly-lined white inner sleeve in great shape. 

  • All in all, a nice copy of a rare acid folk album from the heady days of 1970. Don't miss it!
