The non-laminated foldout cover is in Excellent condition. Just a couple of what appear to be light/thin white paint marks. I haven't attempted to remove them.
The VINYL is Excellent, several small surface lines on last track, side 2. No affect on play.
Both labels are EX+

Please note, I always remove records from main sleeve when packing to avoid seam splits during trasportation, unless the record is still sealed. I will happilly open the seal carefully at sellers request to remove from sleeve if desired. I use cruciform LP mailers (NOT envelopes) with multiple stiffeners for added safety. I have also started using corner protectors too :-)
